Shipping and Handling Time
Every effort is made to ship your order out to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days for handling time and another 1-3 weeks for delivery of your goods within North America, 3-8 weeks for delivery overseas (depending on shipping method selected)
If you have a lot of items that are made to order such as epoxy cabs, please allow for extra handling time so we can process your request. Orders will be dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday excluding holidays.
Orders will be sent by the shipping method you specify at the time of check out. Tracking and insurance is included on most larger orders and you will be sent a notice of shipping including the tracking numbers when using our check our system. On smaller orders, which will be sent letter mail or small packet, tracking and insurance is not included. If you require faster delivery service and or tracking on smaller packages, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note, there will be additional shipping charges for shipping upgrades.
If in the rare event that you received damaged goods, you have 10 day's from the date you received your good to notify us of the damages. Please include a photo of the damages with your reply to firstname.lastname@example.org. Compensation for damaged goods includes dispatching replacement items or a full or partial refund.
If you change your mind and you no longer want your goods, you are welcome to send them back for a refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and less any shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be returned to you once the goods are back in our hands. Shipping charges in either direction will not be refunded if you simply change your mind. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe return.
Receiving Incorrect Goods.
In the rare event that you receive goods that are incorrect, you have 10 days from the time you received your package to contact us with any discrepancies. The items in question must be returned to us in the same condition you received them. Once returned in satisfactory condition, compensation includes either a full or partial refund including any shipping and handling charges, or we will dispatch the correct goods to you upon your request. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed on orders that are found to be our fault and will be given for the lowest shipping method available. Please send a copy of your shipping receipt for reimbursement.
If you have not received your goods.
Please wait at least 30 business day's after dispatch if you are in North America or 90 business days if you are overseas to be sure that your package is not stuck in transit. You may contact us to arrange either a refund or replacement after 30 or 90 business days.
